Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Wellbeing & Events Coordinator for our Student Accommodation site at Accolade on Moore St in Canberra. You’ll design and deliver a vibrant calendar of social, educational and wellbeing programs while supporting Community Assistants to deliver outstanding service across the property.

You’ll work with the Community Manager and onsite teams to foster an inclusive residential community, build partnerships with local organisations, and ensure residents feel welcomed, connected

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, community engagement, or student accommodation.
• Ability to design inclusive programs and manage staff.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of inclusive events and wellbeing programs.
• Oversee and schedule Community Assistants across front-of-house and events.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including planning, risk assessments, budgeting, and evaluation.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and universities.
• Ensure WHS compliance and capture insights for marketing and reporting.
