Job summary

Greystar in Canberra is seeking a Wellbeing & Events Coordinator to design and deliver a vibrant calendar of social, educational, and wellbeing programs for student residents. You will oversee Community Assistants, schedule coverage for front‑of‑house and events, and ensure safety and exceptional service across the property.

You will collaborate with the Community Manager and local partners to foster an inclusive, engaging residential community, mentor casual staff, and support resident

Qualifications

• Experience in events, hospitality, community engagement, or student accommodation.
• Proactive, empathetic and able to mentor casual staff.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of inclusive events and wellbeing programs.
• Oversee and schedule Community Assistants for front-of-house and events.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, universities, and community groups.
• Ensure WHS compliance and capture insights for reporting.
