Job summary

Two teams operate under the VP of Student Success and Support, offering hybrid work, training, and career development within a mission-driven education company.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ years in a customer-facing role (call center, retail, or student services).
• Secondary education completed in Australia or equivalent background.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer live inbound calls, emails and texts with a warm, professional manner.
• Manage customer accounts, track items, and log records in CRM systems.
• Handle challenging conversations with empathy and a solution focus.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure families are supported throughout.
• Support student engagement and track outcomes to deliver an exceptional experience.
