The Prospective Students Office (PSO) is responsible for driving the University’s objectives in relation to the recruitment activities for domestic prospective students across all programs and supports the successful transition of strategy into operational plans across the entire student recruitment journey.
About the role
As a Student Recruitment Coordinator, you will build strong relationships with schools, career advisers, RTOs, and pathway providers, while delivering presentations, events, campus tours, and recruitment initiatives that inspire future students. You will guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process, manage enquiry and conversion activities, and work closely with Admissions, Marketing, Faculties, and Student Services to deliver an exceptional student experience. The position reports to the National Manager, Prospective Students Office.
As part of the selection process the preferred applicant will be required to obtain a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), hold a current C-Class Driver's License to travel within the metropolitan area and be available for after hours and weekend work as required.
