Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in student services or complaints management.
Strong knowledge of TEQSA, ASQA, and ESOS Act regulations.
Lead and develop a team of Complaints & Conduct Officers.
Allocate caseloads ensuring timely resolution.
Provide guidance on complex complaints and escalations.
