Job summary

The Scots College in New South Wales seeks a proactive College Sergeant to uphold high standards of conduct, safety, and wellbeing for Years 5–12. You’ll work with teaching and leadership staff to ensure a secure, respectful school environment on campus.

Key responsibilities include daily campus presence, mentoring, processing detentions, and supporting staff during events and camps, with a focus on pastoral care and student welfare.

Qualifications

• WWCC clearance required.
• Valid Driver's Licence (Light/Medium).
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of student conduct and campus safety.
• Mentor students and provide pastoral support during events and camps.
• Collaborate with ICT and Facilities to monitor CCTV and security.
• Manage detentions and behavioural issues in coordination with staff.
