The Student Admissions Advisor role sits in the Admissions Office, engaging with prospective students, parents and industry professionals to discuss courses, guide applications and provide ongoing support to achieve enrolments at JMC Academy in Brisbane.

Qualifications

Experience in Student Recruitment and/or Admissions (Higher education highly desirable).
Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse customer base.
Excellent customer service with cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised and capable of meeting deadlines and targets.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume workload without sacrificing accuracy.

Responsibilities

Managing online and phone enquiries, applications, interviews and auditions to secure enrolments.
Coordinating the Domestic student enrolment process.
Building strong internal and external relationships.
Working with student data CRM systems.
Ensuring student satisfaction and retention.
Attending external expos and career fairs to build brand awareness.
Collaborating with the campus team on projects and events.
