Job summary

AECOM is seeking a motivated Structural Revit Cadet to join our Bridge Team. You will gain hands-on experience with Revit on bridge and structural projects while working alongside engineers and designers in a supportive, global firm.

This role offers mentorship, exposure to industry standards, and opportunities to contribute to real-world infrastructure that connects communities. Hybrid work and a path to develop essential design and drafting skills are provided.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled or studying an Associate Degree or advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Software Skills: Basic knowledge of Revit is essential; experience with AutoCAD or other design software is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in design and documentation.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to develop new skills and grow within the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating detailed 3D models and technical drawings using Revit software for bridge and structural projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop accurate and efficient designs.
• Support the preparation of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
