Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is looking for a Structural Lead to join our Brisbane office within the Infrastructure team. You will lead a talented group of engineers and designers, providing technical direction and project delivery support for major transport infrastructure projects across Australia.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Experience delivering bridge/highway or major transport infrastructure projects.
Chartered status or eligibility for chartership preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers and designers.
Provide technical leadership across bridge and transport infrastructure projects.
Manage project delivery with focus on safety, quality, schedule and budget.
Support business development and tender/proposal activity.
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Collaborate with Hatch's global network across disciplines.
Review and approve technical designs and project deliverables.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.
