Unknown company in Melbourne/Geelong is seeking a Structural Foreman to lead on-site operations. You will manage the crew, coordinate formwork, reo and concrete deliveries, and ensure work aligns with drawings and budget. Full-time role with ongoing training and strong management support.

You will read structural drawings, supervise quality control, and maintain daily site records using digital systems. Applicants should have a White Card, WCC, valid license, and be a citizen or permanent

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand in structural concrete.
• Confident reading of structural drawings.
• Working With Children Check required.
• Construction White Card required.
• Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required.
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency.
• CV and recent references required.

Responsabilités

• Run the site from set-out through to completion with your crew.
• Lead site crews and subcontractors, coordinating formwork and concrete delivery.
• Plan the week ahead and run toolbox meetings.
• Read and work from structural drawings and manage quality via ITPs/inspections.
• Maintain site records on digital systems and flag issues early.
• Coordinate daily plant/equipment maintenance and reporting.
