Job summary

Nexmin is a Perth-based, multi-discipline engineering consultancy delivering structural solutions for mineral processing facilities. The role focuses on design, analysis, and documentation of structural systems from concept through to execution within a multidisciplinary team.

Based in Osborne Park, this full-time permanent position requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree and 5+ years in engineering/project delivery, with SpaceGASS and Strand7 expertise and knowledge of Australian

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in an engineering or project delivery environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and Building Codes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structural design and analysis for mineral processing facilities, including steel and concrete structures.
• Develop and check engineering calculations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Perform structural modelling and analysis using SpaceGASS and Strand7.
• Produce and review technical deliverables, including reports, specifications and design documentation.
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated design outcomes.
• Support project delivery from concept through to execution.
• Contribute to design reviews and continuous improvement.
