Job summary

Westera Partners is seeking a Structural Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our Southport structural team on a variety of commercial, industrial and residential projects. You will collaborate with senior engineers, drafters and clients and undertake site inspections as required.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Engineers Australia-recognised), be proficient with AutoCAD and Hyne Timber Design, and have hands-on experience with SPACE GASS, Strand7

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Engineers Australia-recognised).
• 3+ years relevant postgraduate experience in a structural engineering practice.
• Familiar with Australian Standards and structural principles.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering design projects across luxury residential developments.
• Work on townhouses and multi-residential projects (3–9 storeys).
• Contribute to commercial and industrial developments.
• Work on aged care and educational facilities.
• Undertake site inspections.
• Collaborate with senior project engineers, drafters and clients.
