Job summary

Building Services Recruitment Australia is assisting a nationally recognised Tier 1 building services client to hire a Lead/ Senior Structural Engineer to drive design and delivery. The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Structural Engineer or Senior Structural Engineer to join a highly regarded engineering team and play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of complex building services projects, including Datacenters.

Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial developments, you will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design and engineering calculations through to commissioning and project completion.

This is a role for a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving challenges, mentoring others, and working closely with clients, project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations, and provide technical guidance and support to project teams

About You

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

• Degree qualification in Engineering - structural or civil

• Experience delivering Energy, HVAC or building services projects

• Strong knowledge of Australian codes, standards, and compliance requirements

• Proven experience in design, documentation, and project delivery

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design software

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
