Aptus Personnel invites you to join a CBD-based structural team in Melbourne, delivering high-rise and mixed-use projects. This role offers exposure to a strong high-rise pipeline and the chance to learn from leading engineers and senior drafters.

You will produce structural documentation in Revit for high-rise, mixed-use and residential buildings, coordinating in a BIM-led environment and contributing from concept to construction documentation.

Qualifications

• Mid-level experience as a Structural Drafter in a consultancy or similar setting.
• Strong concrete experience, ideally on multi-storey or high-rise buildings.
• Advanced Revit Structure skills. AutoCAD is a bonus.
• Good working knowledge of Australian Standards and drafting conventions.
• Post-tensioned slab and reinforcement detailing experience is highly regarded.
• A careful eye for detail, and you’re keen to keep learning.

Responsibilities

• Producing structural documentation in Revit for high-rise, mixed use and residential buildings.
• Modelling and detailing reinforced concrete and post-tensioned structures, including slabs, transfer structures, cores, columns and footings.
• Preparing GA plans, sections, details and reinforcement drawings.
• Coordinating with engineers, architects and services consultants in a BIM-led environment.
• Running clash detection and model coordination as the design develops.
• Supporting projects from concept through to construction documentation.
