South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Stroke, Cardiac and General Medical Ward at Fairfield Hospital. You will provide clinical care across the acute, rehabilitation and recovery journey within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration, demonstrate recent ward experience and be committed to patient‑centred care, education and ongoing professional development in a dynamic health service.

Formación

• Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse in relevant ward settings.
• Excellent communication with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-acuity environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care for stroke, cardiac and general medical patients.
• Coordinate care across acute, rehab and community transitions.
• Lead and support discharge planning and rehabilitation initiatives.
