Uber Technologies Inc. in Sydney seeks a Strategy and Operations Manager for the Earner Supply team to own delivery-partner acquisition and engagement strategies. You will design campaigns, scale initiatives, and partner with Product to optimise supply growth.
In this role you’ll work across marketing, finance, partnerships, and product teams to solve complex problems with data-driven approaches and experimental rigor. The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
Uber's ability to deliver for millions of customers depends on having great delivery partners on the road. Growing and retaining our delivery partner base is one of the most critical and complex challenges in the business. It sits at the intersection of marketplace dynamics, creativity, and real human behavior.
As a Strategy and Operations Manager on the Earner Supply team, you will own the strategies that bring Delivery Partners onto Uber's platform. This means building acquisition campaigns that scale, designing creative solutions, and partnering with Product. You will work across a wide range of stakeholders (product, marketing, finance, and marketplace) to solve a problem where you get to write the playbook.
This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts strategist, operator, and entrepreneur. You will have genuine ownership of initiatives end to end, from identifying the opportunity to building the business case, launching, and optimising. The supply growth space is large, evolving, and ripe for creative thinking, whether that is unlocking new supply segments, designing experiments, championing product-led growth solutions, or forging external partnerships.
Ready to Ride?
This isn't the kind of place where you follow a playbook — it's where you help write one. If you're driven by impact, energized by challenge, and ready to shape how the world moves — we'd love to hear from you.
