MinterEllison is a leading Australian law and consulting firm seeking a senior professional to join the Strategy Delivery Office. You will run governance, map strategic priorities, and drive outcomes with senior executives across a multi-disciplinary team.

You will leverage AI tools to improve reporting, automate processes, and support enterprise-wide strategic initiatives while collaborating closely with the COO and Director of Strategy & Development.

Qualifikationen

• Degree and proven track record in project management, business analysis, transformation, continuous improvement or strategy consulting.
• Strong judgement and the ability to separate what matters from what is urgent.
• Experience preparing reports, papers, briefings or communications for senior executives.
• A record of improving processes and driving outcomes.
• Exceptional organisation and follow‑through across many senior stakeholders.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills.
• Excellent written communication and ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
• Credibility with Partners and senior leaders; ability to influence without authority.

Aufgaben

• Understand the firm’s strategic priorities and use them to propose agendas and focus papers.
• Run the governance calendar for the COO’s office and Strategy Delivery Office.
• Prepare agendas, coordinate papers, take minutes and draft executive communications for the COO.
• Drive actions and hold senior colleagues to deadlines and quality standards.
• Keep portfolio registers, risks, issues, decisions and benefits up to date.
• Analyse business challenges, map processes and support strategic initiatives.
• Automate reporting and reconciliation with AI tools; measure time and quality gains.
