Job summary

MinterEllison is seeking a Head of People and Culture, Business Operations, for a fixed-term contract in Australia. You will lead the people and culture strategy for the firm’s Business Operations functions, connecting organisation design, workforce planning and cultural transformation to strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR business partnering background in professional services or complex organisation.
• Experience advising senior leaders across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven delivery of organisation design and large-scale change programs with measurable outcomes.
• Diagnosing culture and sustaining cultural change over time.
• Partnering with technology, finance, growth or corporate functions in AI/digital-change contexts.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR, organisational psychology, or business; change management accreditation highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year organisation and workforce plans that connect capability, succession and capacity with firm strategy and business demand.
• Deliver operating model and organisation design initiatives with People & Culture Centres of Excellence.
• Design and lead change strategies, impact assessments and adoption plans across multiple Business Operations functions.
• Translate cultural ambitions into leadership behaviours, team practices and measures.
• Use culture diagnostics, pulse data and people analytics to identify priorities and measure progress.
• Coach senior leaders through complex transitions, while leading the people side of AI and digital adoption.
