Job summary

Neara is hiring Strategy & Operations professionals in Sydney, Australia across two tracks: Generalist and AI & Engineering. Roles range from Analyst to senior levels, with a hands-on, embedded approach and no traditional strategy-only expectations.

You'll work on cross-functional initiatives to de-risk projects, unlock cross-sell opportunities, and stand up new verticals with the operating structures, GTM motions and processes needed for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or strategy at a high-growth startup, consulting, or similar
• Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Help the most important things go right with leadership to identify initiatives
• Execute high-impact internal projects from diagnosis to implementation
• Drive execution and transparency across cross-functional initiatives
• Unlock customer value by de-risking projects and enabling cross-sell/upsell
• Build new verticals by standing up operating structures and GTM processes
• Gap-fill and pivot quickly by embedding where needed (Product, Engineering or CS)
