Job summary

Ofload is scaling rapidly and seeks a Strategy Manager to work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team on high-stakes projects, M&A workstreams, and the operating rhythm that drives the business. You will own end-to-end workstreams, surface risks early, and ensure critical decisions are made efficiently.

You’ll be the glue in the room, coordinating with founders and senior leaders, and driving structure and momentum across strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in strategy, consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or BizOps—ideally with some exposure to M&A.
• Project management skills to drive projects through to successful delivery.
• Experience directly with founders or senior leaders and operate in their orbit.
• Product management skills or experience desirable with strong prioritisation and cross-functional delivery.
• Strong commercial and financial judgement for deal-making and modelling.
• Excellent written and visual communication; distill complex data into clear boards slides.
• Highly organised with a bias for follow-through and ownership of final 10%.
• Natural connector able to mobilise the right people early to reach decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run M&A workstreams with multiple threads in flight.
• Lead strategic projects, coordinate multiple workstreams, stakeholders and milestones.
• Maintain fundraising data room and coordinate with external advisors.
• Take on cross-functional strategic projects beyond BAU with structure and resolution.
• Own the LT operating rhythm—OKRs and reviews for leadership focus.
• Prepare board packs, investor updates, and strategic review materials.
• Build financial models and business cases that are decision-relevant.
• Act as extension of the CEO, managing information flow discreetly.
• Contribute to culture through town halls, leadership forums, and offsites.
