Job summary

Cozens Mabel - Procurement and Supply Chain Recruitment Specialists is supporting a large, complex organisation in Sydney to recruit one final Strategy Manager. This is ideal for someone moving from management consulting into industry, preserving the pace, variety and problem-solving of consulting.

You’ll work on strategic projects across transformation, cost optimisation, process improvement and productivity, in a flexible hybrid setup with strong career progression across the broader business.

Sydney | Permanent | $145K + Super + 16% Bonus

We’ve recently recruited two people into this team and are now looking for one final Strategy Manager to join them.

This is a great opportunity for someone coming from management consulting who is thinking about making the move into industry, but doesn’t want to lose the variety, pace and problem-solving that comes with consulting.

You’ll join an established internal consulting team within a large, complex organisation, working across strategic projects including transformation, cost optimisation, process improvement and productivity.

We’re ideally looking for someone at Manager or Senior Consultant level with a strong consulting toolkit, who enjoys solving complex problems and working with senior stakeholders. Procurement experience is useful, but definitely not essential.

$145K base + 12% super + 16% bonus
