Job summary

Xero is seeking a Strategy Director in Sydney to shape and drive strategic and operational priorities that translate the people strategy into organisation-wide outcomes. Reporting to the General Manager, People Operations, you’ll influence leadership discussions and design processes to turn strategy into actionable priorities and OKRs.

The role blends consultancy, strategy, governance and capability building in a hybrid, Sydney-based setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, or strategy and operations, transformation.
• Coaching others to think strategically and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the People team.
• Develop strategic narratives and analysis for Xero's Executive Leadership Team.
• Evolve the operating model and rhythm for People Team to improve prioritisation and accountability.
• Reimagine People processes using technology, data and AI to create scalable solutions.
