icare seeks a General Manager, Strategy and Office of the CEO to embed planning rhythms, governance forums and performance discipline that enable the enterprise to achieve strategic priorities for the people and communities we serve.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will lead the Strategy & Office of the CEO during a pivotal transformation, creating foundations for consistent strategic outcomes across the organisation and influencing executive decision‑making.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading enterprise strategy, transformation, corporate planning or business performance functions within complex organisations.
• Demonstrated success forming and embedding pragmatic strategic planning frameworks, governance models and operating rhythms that improve organisational execution.
• Experience partnering closely with executive leadership teams and boards to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, investment prioritisation and performance management.
