Job summary

Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support CSPD’s enterprise planning and performance reporting. You will contribute to the preparation and maintenance of planning frameworks, scorecards and analytical outputs that inform strategic decision-making across the organisation.

• Experience supporting enterprise planning and performance reporting.
• Ability to prepare Balanced Scorecards, dashboards and KPI tracking.
• Strong data analysis and environmental scanning skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and administration of CSPD’s strategic and annual planning activities, including governance processes, schedules, planning artefacts, registers and documentation
• Prepare and maintain Balanced Scorecards, dashboards, KPI tracking and reporting materials
• Analyse organisational performance data, reporting metrics and external insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Conduct environmental scanning, benchmarking and research; prepare insight papers and briefing materials
• Develop planning and reporting tools, templates and visual materials to strengthen consistency and reporting capability
• Monitor emerging issues and best practices to improve reporting capability
• Liaise with stakeholders across CSPD to support planning and reporting activities, providing assistance in responding to relevant queries
• Support reporting coordination, documentation maintenance and QA to ensure consistency of information

Key Responsibilities
