Job summary

Strait Link is seeking a Strategy Advisor to apply commercial insight and rigorous analysis to strategic choices across marine, road and infrastructure assets. You will work with senior leaders on priorities shaping Strait Link's future and stay involved through execution, with a genuine hand in what happens next.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you'll build models, analyse markets and prepare board-ready recommendations while collaborating across the organisation to turn insights

The Opportunity

Across Strait Link's marine, road and infrastructure assets, you won't hand the strategy over and move on. You'll stay with it - building the relationships and business understanding needed to see it through to execution, with a genuine hand in what happens next.

Your work will include:

• Developing business cases, financial models and commercial recommendations.

What Will Help You Succeed

You'll likely have built your experience in consulting, strategy, corporate development or a commercial role where you've had to work through complex problems and turn your thinking into practical recommendations.

You'll be comfortable moving between analysis and conversation - building the model when needed, asking good questions, testing assumptions and listening to the people who understand the business best.

You'll bring:

• At least three years' relevant experience.
• Strong financial modelling, business case and analytical capability.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Sound commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge constructively.
• A relevant tertiary qualification.

Experience in infrastructure, transport, logistics, shipping or another complex operating environment will be highly regarded, but isn't essential.
