Job summary

McMillan Shakespeare is seeking a Workforce Planning & Optimisation Manager to lead and transform the workforce planning function across Maxxia and RemServ. You will ensure supply, capability and capacity align with demand, service commitments and business objectives, driving data-driven decisions and operational improvement.

You will coach a team, establish governance and frameworks, and own reporting, budgets and capacity planning to support sustainable growth through hybrid operations across

Qualifications

• Proven experience uplifting WFM maturity and forecasting accuracy.
• Experience leading workforce planning teams in forecasting, modelling and BI reporting.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and operational performance improvement.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strategic mindset.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning across Maxxia and RemServ Operations, aligning strategies to business priorities and customer demand.
• Establish governance, standards and decision-making frameworks across Operations.
• Develop and coach the workforce planning team with forecasting, planning and optimisation.
• Own workforce planning outcomes including service levels and capacity performance.
• Ensure forecasting, scheduling and optimisation support operational requirements.
• Drive actions to improve productivity, utilisation and customer outcomes.
• Overlap workforce reporting, insights and performance frameworks for leadership decisions.
