The role focuses on structured problem solving, data analysis, and strategic advisory across a large, diverse organisation. A consulting, strategy or analytics background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to solve complex workforce challenges using structured problem solving.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Experience partnering with leaders across the business to drive strategy.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation abilities.
• Background in management consulting, strategy, transformation or analytics is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex workforce and business challenges using structured problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Analyse workforce data, trends and market insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support strategic workforce planning and transformation initiatives across the business.
• Assess workforce implications from global trends, technology, AI and business priorities.
• Develop recommendations and implementation plans aligning workforce strategy with business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Telstra including People & Culture, Strategy and Finance.
• Create executive-ready materials to support strategic decision-making.
