Job summary

Australian Naval Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ANI) is the owner, developer and manager of Osborne Naval Shipyards, supporting the Commonwealth's Naval Shipbuilding Plan and the AUKUS program. ANI is based in Adelaide and manages shipyard infrastructure to underpin Australia’s naval capabilities.

We seek an experienced Workforce Capability Lead to translate strategy into workforce planning, role architecture, career pathways and capability frameworks within the People and Culture team.

Qualifications

• Proven success in developing workforce frameworks and organisation design solutions.
• Experience with workforce planning and capability frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of workforce planning frameworks for the NPSCY program.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop fit-for-purpose workforce plans and career pathways.
• Act as SME for organisational design, role architecture and capability frameworks.
• Provide expert advice to improve capability, accountability and organisational effectiveness.
• Configure and optimise HRIS solutions to support workforce planning and career pathway initiatives.
