The Department of Justice WA, Health and Safety Branch, is seeking a Manager Work Health and Safety to lead the WHS Management System and drive improvement strategies across the organisation. You will guide a team delivering expert WHS advice, engage staff at all levels, and collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• WHS legislation, risk management principles and responding and resolving WHS matters, incidents, hazards and critical risks.
• Development and implementation of WHS Management Systems, providing WHS improvement strategies and initiatives.
• Lead Collectively.
• Strategic WHS Leadership, with the ability to influence effectively, drive proactive and contemporary WHS practices to deliver WHS outcomes while managing competing business priorities.
• Think through complexity - Think critically, work with ambiguity and uncertainty, assess solutions and impacts, and take calculated risks.
