Job summary

Atlin is seeking an experienced Transition Manager – Organisational Change & Business Readiness to support a major capability acquisition and technology modernisation program. This is a hands‑on transition and change role focused on helping people, teams and the organisation successfully move from the current state to the future state.

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Business, Management, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Communications or a related discipline.
• Relevant qualifications in Change Management, Project Management, Organisational Development or Learning & Development are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated transition, change and business readiness strategies and plans aligned to program objectives.
• Undertake change impact assessments to identify people, process, technology and capability impacts.
• Develop and manage business readiness activities to ensure impacted teams are prepared for transition.
• Identify current and future capability requirements and develop practical approaches to address capability and knowledge gaps.
• Coordinate training, learning, knowledge transfer and capability uplift activities.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communications activities that build awareness, understanding and adoption.
• Work with subject matter experts and business leaders to translate complex changes into practical and accessible resources.
• Facilitate workshops, briefings, consultation sessions and capability uplift activities with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify barriers to adoption and develop targeted interventions to address capability, knowledge, process or behavioural gaps.
• Develop practical tools, guides, resources and other materials to support people through transition.
• Coordinate transition activities across project, business and operational teams.
• Monitor and report on readiness, capability, adoption and transition progress.
• Gather feedback and use insights to test, refine and continuously improve transition and change activities.
• Support operational handover and ensure knowledge, capability and ownership are embedded within the receiving business.
• Identify and manage transition risks, issues, dependencies and readiness gaps.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen organisational change, transition and capability practices.
