Job summary

Novotech is seeking an experienced Enterprise Transformation Project Manager to lead multi-functional transformation initiatives. You will oversee project planning, resource coordination, budgets, governance, and benefits realization to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.

You will work with CRO teams, IT and business units, driving change management and stakeholder alignment while maintaining strong governance and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Life Sciences or related field.
• PMP, PgMP, or Agile or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of project management experience in transformation/operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives with project planning, resourcing, budgeting and governance.
• Monitor project delivery, risks, benefits realization and outcomes.
• Coordinate resources across CRO regions and IT for successful delivery.
• Ensure governance frameworks and standardized PM methodologies are applied.
• Drive change management, communications and user adoption of new processes.
• Report progress to steering committee and align with business objectives.
