You will lead due diligence, financial modelling and valuation, while coordinating cross-functional teams including legal and finance to ensure smooth deal execution.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record in transaction services or related fields.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or professional certification desirable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transaction services, investment banking, corporate finance or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, due diligence, valuation and transactional processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other complex deals.
• Conduct thorough due diligence to evaluate financial viability and risks.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and operations to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Develop financial models, perform valuations and analyse financial data.
• Prepare transaction documents, including financial statements, contracts and presentations.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and market conditions affecting transactions.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on opportunities and challenges.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and legal advisors.
