You’re a commercially minded professional with a passion for transactions and a knack for solving complex financial problems. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working closely with clients and stakeholders.

• CA/CPA qualification or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• CFA completion is a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in transaction services, or corporate finance
• Strong technical knowledge in financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling tools (Excel, Bloomberg, DCF analysis)
