Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Trade Finance - Sales, Content & Bid Manager in Australia, based in Sydney or Melbourne. You will manage a portfolio of clients, drive revenue growth, and lead end-to-end bid processes including RFP responses and pitch development.

You will craft compelling content, collaborate with senior internal stakeholders, and leverage AI-driven market insights to win strategically important deals while ensuring risk and governance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Proven sales outcomes in banking/financial services trade finance or working capital.
• Proven capability in proposal writing and sales content development.
• Strong project management with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience using corporate AI tools for market insights.
• Knowledge of global trade finance products.
• Experience across cross-geography stakeholders.
• Focus on risk, compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers and grow revenue.
• Lead end-to-end bid processes and RFP responses.
• Create pitch books, client presentations and content.
• Use AI tools to develop client and market insights.
• Promote GTS capabilities with case studies and thought leadership.
