Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to bridge business operations, delivery and technology, eliciting and documenting requirements and designing scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, apply data modelling, and ensure alignment with regulatory and security needs. Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure and Agile/Hybrid methods is valued.

Qualifications

• Advanced business analysis skills; knowledge of BABOK and Agile BA frameworks.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience in regulated sectors (e.g., financial services) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements and success measures.
• Elucidate requirements, design scalable technical solutions, and support implementation.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
