UWA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to partner with leaders across the university to recruit top talent for a diverse Professional & General portfolio. This full-time role delivers end-to-end recruitment for complex and senior roles, ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

You will work with senior stakeholders, drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, and support equity and diversity practices.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience delivering high-quality end-to-end talent acquisition services in a large/complex organisation.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-practice, end-to-end talent acquisition services with a focus on P&G appointments, including high-profile and senior roles across the University.
• Partner with leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert advice, ensure compliance and support workforce capability.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and talent acquisition projects to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experience.
