Capability HR, partnering with an established Engineering Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will attract specialist talent and build strong relationships with business leaders to shape workforce planning.

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, develop proactive sourcing strategies, support onboarding, employer branding and graduate programs, and provide practical advice to hiring managers in a competitive market.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven ability to proactively source, headhunt and engage candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior-level collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Develop proactive sourcing and headhunting strategies for competitive markets.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, recruitment priorities and hiring decisions.
• Build talent pipelines through networks, events and educational partnerships.
• Support graduate and internship programme development.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen attraction and market presence.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation and pre-employment compliance.
• Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Provide recruitment insights and track hiring performance for process improvements.
• Guide hiring managers on effective interviewing and recruitment practices.
