Job summary

Seymour Whyte Constructions, Eight Mile Plains QLD, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Corporate People & Culture team. You will own end-to-end recruitment across engineering, construction and corporate roles, building strong pipelines and delivering a first-class candidate experience.

Reporting to the Talent Manager, you will partner with hiring managers, craft engaging job ads, and manage activity in our ATS to support mobilisations on major infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience in internal Talent Acquisition or recruitment
• Experience recruiting across engineering, construction and corporate roles
• Strong sourcing and candidate-pipeline development
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication
• Must hold a current Driver’s Licence

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, construction and corporate roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and workforce plans
• Write engaging job advertisements and candidate marketing content
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, SEEK and other channels
• Manage recruitment activity through the applicant tracking system
• Build talent pools for current and future project opportunities
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Build relationships with universities, industry groups, recruitment suppliers and talent networks
