Job summary

Seymour Whyte is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Corporate People & Culture team, based at Eight Mile Plains. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across a diverse range of roles from Graduate Engineers to Project Managers, while supporting corporate and shared services hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience in an internal Talent Acquisition or Recruitment role.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across professional, technical or engineering positions.
• Strong sourcing and talent attraction capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system such as PageUp or similar.
• Knowledge of civil engineering, infrastructure or construction industry.
• Current C-Class Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across engineering, construction and corporate roles.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and workforce plans.
• Writing engaging job advertisements and candidate marketing content.
• Sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn, SEEK and other channels.
• Managing recruitment activity through our applicant tracking system.
• Building talent pools for current and future project opportunities.
• Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Building relationships with universities, industry groups, recruitment suppliers and other talent networks.
