Job summary

Mauri is seeking an experienced Supply Planner to join the Supply Chain team on a 6-month fixed-term contract at our Enfield head office, NSW, with coverage across Enfield (NSW) and Moorooka (QLD) mills. You will support daily planning activities, ensure product availability, optimise inventory and schedule production to meet customer demand.

You will bring strong SAP and Excel skills, experience in supply planning, and knowledge of inventory management and production planning.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Supply Planning role.
Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with planning reports and data.
Knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain achievable production and supply plans.
Publish and manage weekly production schedules.
Ensure product and material availability to meet customer requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and manage product obsolescence and shelf-life risks.
Maintain planning master data and support the accuracy of system-generated supply plans.
Prepare and analyse planning reports to support operational decision making.
