KBR in Australia invites expressions of interest for a Supply Chain and Subcontracts Manager to support a major program aimed at strengthening sovereign capability. You will lead the supply chain, subcontracts and AIC initiatives, engage with defence partners and suppliers, and ensure governance and compliance across Australia and beyond.

The role requires a relevant qualification, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to analyse performance data for informed decision-making.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Logistics or related field.
• Strong experience in managing supply chain and subcontracts, including suppliers.
• Experience with Australian Industry Capability (AIC) initiatives.
• Experience in Defence, Government or similar regulated environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination abilities.
• Governance/contract management experience valued but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and lead the supply chain for a major program and the associated subcontracts and suppliers.
• Manage delivery of Australian Industry Capability (AIC) commitments.
• Lead engagement activities: supply chain forums, workshops and meetings.
• Monitor and report on AIC commitments, ACE obligations and supply chain performance.
• Build relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, industry partners and government stakeholders.
• Analyse performance data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain records to support contractual governance and compliance.
• Contribute to governance reviews and initiatives to strengthen sovereign capability.
