Job summary

Thales is seeking an Industrial Supply Chain Manager in Australia to lead and optimise the Supply Chain within the ICC, ensuring contractual commitments and high customer satisfaction. You will oversee demand planning, supply planning, purchasing and logistics, driving Lean improvements and end-to-end process excellence.

Qualifications

• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of production and repair processes and their manufacturing/repair flows.
• Experience with S&OP and inventory management practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in defining and promoting the ICC vision.
• Contribute to IP/PP/RP; act as S&OP facilitator and participate in demand and supply reviews.
• Contribute to strategic supply chain development: planning, procurement, warehousing and logistics.
• Ensure efficient physical and information flows aligned with the Industrial Plan.
• Support end-to-end Lean implementation and continuous improvement.
• Plan needs including replacements and repairs using ERP data.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and reduce WIP and lead times.
• Manage relationships with Thales sites, customers, procurement and Sales Ops.
