Job summary

Reo Group is seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own strategic procurement, inventory analytics and forecasting in a growing manufacturing business near Adelaide. You will lead end-to-end planning, partner with engineering, quality and finance, and turn data into practical decisions that improve cost, service and resilience.

You will lead a procurement and planning team, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate supplier terms and own inventory targets.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in supply chain with leadership experience.
• Deep experience in procurement, inventory, analytics and forecasting.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain including procurement, demand planning and inventory management.
• Develop sourcing strategies delivering best-cost outcomes.
• Negotiate supply agreements and terms with suppliers.
• Lead quarterly supplier reviews and drive corrective actions.
• Own inventory targets and optimise stock levels.
• Build dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, stock health and supplier performance.
• Lead the S&OP cycle and coordinate cross-functional planning.
• Develop robust demand forecasts using data and market trends.
• Coach and develop procurement and planning team members.
