Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Supplier Partnerships & Insight Analyst to join the Merchandise Central team. You will transform complex supplier and market data into actionable insights to support negotiation, investment decisions and long-term strategy.

Reporting to the Supplier Strategy Manager, you’ll collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders in a dynamic retail and healthcare environment, delivering high-impact insights and robust performance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or related discipline.
• Proven involvement in Joint Business Planning cycles and calendar management.
• Strong commercial acumen for ranging, investment and negotiation strategy.
• Clear communicator with data storytelling and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills; capable of using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Joint Business Planning process with calendar management and scorecards.
• Build insight-led supplier negotiation packs using internal and market data.
• Support investment decisions through financial modelling.
• Design and maintain supplier performance dashboards—single source of truth.
• Deliver proactive analysis on risks, opportunities and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with Pricing team for CPI management.
• Manage supplier contracts and renewals in line with governance.
• Support supplier engagement, due diligence and performance monitoring.
