Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a talented, customer-focused Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team in Australia. This 12-month fixed-term role requires in-office presence five days a week at the CBD office in Sydney or Melbourne, working with hiring managers across diverse roles to attract and assess top talent.

Formación

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume environment.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Creative sourcing capability with the ability to proactively network and establish an external pipeline of candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with business to deeply understand roles and responsibilities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Utilise all sourcing channels including referrals, internal CRM, career portals and job fairs.
• Be a subject matter expert on the talent market and contribute ideas to long-range talent landscape.
• Implement improved recruiting processes aligned with Amazon's mission to deliver high-quality results.
• Actively participate in recruitment efforts and assess candidates to uphold high hiring standards.
• Manage data associated with the recruitment process using data-driven thinking and systematic approaches.
• Educate hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices and interview skills.
