Job summary

You will be a trusted technical advisor, designing solutions that help customers achieve their desired outcomes, and you will showcase Cisco solutions through presentations, demos, BoMs, and PoCs. You will collaborate with an extended network of technical resources, product specialists and Cisco Engineering to deliver architecture perspectives across the portfolio,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical, customer-facing experience in pre-sales or post-sales adoption.
• Strong background in Networking and Enterprise networking, security, cloud or IoT.
• Professional certifications (CCNP/CCIE) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• As a Solutions Engineer, work with Elite accounts in WA to support pre-sales activities.
• Partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales technical role and identify customer opportunities.
• Articulate Cisco business value, explain complex concepts to diverse audiences and educate on differentiation.
• Provide architectural perspective across Cisco's portfolio and act as trusted technical advisor.
• Drive adoption and successful operation of Cisco solutions using internal and partner resources.
• Continuously develop technical and consultative skills and stay updated on new portfolio solutions.
