The role emphasizes mentoring peers, driving best practices, and maintaining strong customer relationships, with up to 25% travel; familiarity with SaaS, cloud tech, and data architectures preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a related field; advanced degree may be considered.
• 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or related fields.
• Experience with risk, financial planning or analytics & reporting solutions and related technology platforms.
• Hands-on Workiva platform experience, SaaS/cloud tech, or data architectures preferred.
• Consultant level at a services company or public accounting preferred.
• Self-motivated with action orientation and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to influence and drive change in business processes.
• Strong individual contributor with curiosity to positively impact multiple services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to customers and partners.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements.
• Architect solution designs to integrate within the Workiva Platform for impactful outcomes.
• Forge direct interactions with clients and partners, delivering standardized solutions.
• Mentor peers and Associates and support onboarding and continuous development.
• Foster growth through training and mastery of financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva Platform.
