Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Solution Lead, Strategy, Advisory, Business Analysis or Project Leadership role.
• Strong experience within resources, mining, energy or supply chain environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical delivery outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate technology strategy into practical requirements for major capital projects.
• Identify gaps between technology strategy and project scope, providing structured recommendations.
• Partner with engineering, project delivery, EPCM and technology teams to embed technology requirements into project outcomes.
• Track and report on strategic technology alignment across the broader capital portfolio.
• Support scoping, analysis and business case development for technology projects valued under $20M.
• Maintain visibility across project dependencies, risks and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate effectively between technology, operational and capital delivery stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across technology, operations and capital project teams.
• Deliver analysis, gap assessments and executive-level recommendations.
• Support governance reporting and senior leadership briefings.
• Work directly within a leading global resources organisation.
• Exposure to complex mining, energy and industrial transformation projects.
• Senior-level autonomy with significant stakeholder visibility.
