The successful candidate will translate technology strategy into practical requirements, drive governance and ensure alignment across project teams, EPCMs and senior stakeholders in an on-site, Adelaide-only role.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, strategy, project advisory or technology transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to turn strategic objectives into practical delivery requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate technology strategy into practical requirements for major capital projects.
• Identify gaps between technology strategy and project scope, providing clear recommendations.
• Work with project teams, engineers, EPCMs and technology stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Support the scoping and business case development of technology projects.
• Track portfolio status, dependencies and strategic alignment.
• Conduct business analysis, gap assessments and structured problem solving.
• Build strong relationships across technology, capital projects and operations.
• Prepare governance reports, recommendations and senior stakeholder briefings.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
