Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an E2E Service Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end indirect value chain for Hill’s Pet Nutrition ANZ within the Colgate family.

You will drive strategic sourcing, category management, vendor relationships, and governance across warehousing, freight, and co-packing to improve efficiency.

The role requires 5–8 years in procurement, a related Bachelor's degree (MCIPS/CIPS valued), and SAP/Ariba plus analytics expertise.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of procurement and supply chain experience, including warehousing, logistics, freight and co-packing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MCIPS/CIPS valued.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Ariba; data analytics tools.
• End-to-end RFx processes, complex negotiations, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive, analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Lead sourcing, risk mitigation, and vendor management for warehousing and logistics.
• Network Efficiency & Logistics: Drive efficiency in freight, warehousing, and co-packing across markets.
• Cross-Functional & Regional Impact: Participate in cross-functional task forces and regional projects.
• KPIs & Governance: Ensure procurement KPIs and SOX compliance in services procurement.
• Stakeholder & Supplier Relationships: Build internal and external relationships to drive supplier innovation.
